Growlink Integration Hub Trial Program Terms and Conditions

We know it’s tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it’s important to establish what you can expect from us as you use Growlink services, and what we expect from you.

  • 1. Eligibility
    The trial program is available to new customers who have not previously used Growlink's Integration Hub. The program is limited to one Integration Hub per customer.

    2. Enrollment
    To enroll, customers must pay the upfront cost of the Integration Hub and agree to these terms and conditions. The trial period will begin once the Integration Hub is shipped.

    3. Trial Period
    The trial period lasts for 90 days from the date of shipment. During the trial, customers have full access to all features of the Integration Hub.

    4. Payment and Refund Policy
    Customers are required to pay the full cost of the Integration Hub upfront at the start of the trial. If the customer decides not to continue using the Integration Hub, they must notify Growlink in writing before the end of the 90-day trial period to initiate a return. Upon receipt of the returned Integration Hub in its original condition, customers will receive a full refund of the upfront payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the hub has been inspected and deemed undamaged.

    5. Return Process
    Customers must return the Integration Hub in its original packaging with all included accessories. A return shipping label will be provided by Growlink to facilitate the return. Any damage or missing items may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

    6. Post-Trial SubscriptionThird-Party Links
    If the customer does not return the Integration Hub within the 90-day trial period, they will automatically transition to a Growlink Pro subscription. The Growlink Pro subscription will be charged at $65 per room, per month, on an annual contract. Customers will receive a notification before the trial ends to review the subscription details.

    7. Subscription Terms
    During the subscription term and any renewal terms, customers may choose to cancel their subscription early. However, no refunds will be provided, and all unpaid fees due through the end of the subscription term must be promptly paid. No refunds are provided if customers decide to stop using the Growlink subscription during the subscription term.

    The subscription term will automatically renew for the indicated period unless the customer provides notice to cancel, as required in the Customer Terms of Service. Upon renewal, fees may increase to reflect changes in our list prices. If an increase applies, customers will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance of their renewal. See the ‘Fee Adjustments at Renewal’ section of our Customer Terms of Service for more details.

    If customers exceed their purchased Contact or Point limits, their Contact Limit, Point Limit, and Subscription Fee will automatically increase based on the total number in the account for the remainder of the current term. This increased amount will also apply for each following billing period, even if the number of Contacts is later reduced. Customers can downgrade their Contact tier at the next renewal upon signing a new Order Form.

    8. Limitations
    This trial offer is subject to availability and can be modified or discontinued by Growlink at any time. The offer is valid only once per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

    9. Feedback Requirement
    Customers agree to provide feedback on their experience with the Integration Hub during the trial period.

    10. Termination
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Growlink and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

    11. Termination
    Growlink reserves the right to terminate the trial program for any customer at any time if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.
