We do not disclose “sensitive” personal information except with consent or as necessary to provide Services, and never to infer characteristics. In the past 12 months we disclosed identifiers/contact info, customer/order records, commercial info, internet activity, and general geolocation to service providers, marketing/advertising partners, and affiliates. We do not sell personal information for money and do not share for targeted advertising without providing an opt-out.

Growlink does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” limited data for advertising/analytics as defined by applicable laws. If you are a California or Colorado resident (or under other similar state laws), you may opt out of such sales/sharing:

  • Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our website (if available); or
  • Enable a universal opt-out mechanism, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

Once you opt out, we will refrain from sharing your personal information for targeted advertising or selling it unless you later consent. We may still share data with service providers for non-targeted purposes necessary to provide the Services.
