Growlink Pro Acceptable Use Policy

We know it’s tempting to skip these Terms of Service, but it’s important to establish what you can expect from us as you use Growlink services, and what we expect from you.

  • Growlink is committed to providing a secure and reliable platform to support your cultivation operations. To maintain an optimal experience for all users, we require adherence to the following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). This policy ensures compliance with applicable laws and protects the interests of our customers and Growlink's reputation. By using Growlink Pro, you agree to these terms.

    1. Compliance

    Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to their operations, including agricultural, safety, communication, and data privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

    2. Reporting Violations

    We encourage users to report any known or suspected violations of this AUP. Reports can be submitted to support@growlink.com. Growlink will investigate all reports and respond appropriately.

    3. Prohibited Activities

    Unauthorized Access:
    Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Growlink’s systems, accounts, or data.

    Malicious Activities: Users are prohibited from introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform.

    Data Misuse: Misuse of data in a manner that violates privacy, legal rights, or this policy is strictly prohibited.

    Illegal Activity: Engaging in any illegal activity through the platform, including non-compliant cultivation operations, is prohibited.

    Communication Violations: Do not use Growlink Pro to send spam, engage in unsolicited messaging, or use misleading information. Users must comply with all email and messaging laws, including opt-out and unsubscribe requirements.

    4. Resource Usage

    Users must use the platform’s resources efficiently. Excessive consumption of bandwidth, storage, or processing power that impacts other users' access is not allowed.Users must adhere to any usage limits specified for their subscription.

    5. Data Privacy and Security

    Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and sensitive data. Sharing login information with unauthorized parties is prohibited.Users must comply with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and avoid storing or processing sensitive data in violation of applicable regulations.

    6. Restricted Industries

    Growlink focuses on serving the cannabis cultivation industry and may avoid industries that do not align with its core business and values. Growlink reserves the right to restrict or discontinue service for certain industries that pose higher risks.

    7. Trademark and Brand Usage

    Users may not use Growlink's name, logo, or trademarks without explicit prior written permission. Improper use of the Growlink brand, including misrepresentation or false association, is prohibited.

    8. Third-Party Integrations

    Users must comply with third-party integration policies and may not misuse integrations in a manner that violates this AUP or any third-party terms.

    9. Proper Usage of Growlink Pro

    Users must respect Growlink's Service Limits, including data storage, bandwidth, and usage policies. Users are prohibited from: Engaging in activities that disrupt normal operation, security, or integrity of another’s property.Using automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) that exceed reasonable usage. Accessing or monitoring Growlink services without proper authorization.

    10. Enforcement and Updates

    Growlink reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination. This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any changes through our platform or website. Continued use of Growlink Pro signifies acceptance of any changes.
