‍Users must use the platform’s resources efficiently. Excessive consumption of bandwidth, storage, or processing power that impacts other users' access is not allowed.Users must adhere to any usage limits specified for their subscription.

‍Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and sensitive data. Sharing login information with unauthorized parties is prohibited.Users must comply with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and avoid storing or processing sensitive data in violation of applicable regulations.

6. Restricted Industries

Growlink focuses on serving the cannabis cultivation industry and may avoid industries that do not align with its core business and values. Growlink reserves the right to restrict or discontinue service for certain industries that pose higher risks.

7. Trademark and Brand Usage

‍Users may not use Growlink's name, logo, or trademarks without explicit prior written permission. Improper use of the Growlink brand, including misrepresentation or false association, is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Integrations

‍Users must comply with third-party integration policies and may not misuse integrations in a manner that violates this AUP or any third-party terms.

9. Proper Usage of Growlink Pro

‍Users must respect Growlink's Service Limits, including data storage, bandwidth, and usage policies. Users are prohibited from: Engaging in activities that disrupt normal operation, security, or integrity of another’s property.Using automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) that exceed reasonable usage. Accessing or monitoring Growlink services without proper authorization.

10. Enforcement and Updates

‍Growlink reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination. This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any changes through our platform or website. Continued use of Growlink Pro signifies acceptance of any changes.
